Maximizing efficiency of truck routing

The Mobile Foodshare program currently serves 60 sites in 20 towns.  Using special truck routing software - UPS Roadnet, which was acquired through our partnership with Feeding America - Foodshare has determined that with new scheduling and routing for our two mobile trucks, we might be able to add as many as 25 more sites!  All without adding another truck or driver!

When I recently sent out a message to all of our Mobile Foodshare site coordinators about the proposed changes, here were the first two responses I received:
