How many scoops can you eat?

This week the summer interns at Phoenix Insurance Companies held their annual ice cream fundraiser for Foodshare. The week consisted many different events, all centered around ice cream.

Pictured is the ‘Two blind mICE” challenge and their grand finale, the ice cream eating contest! Intern Ryan (blue checked shirt) took home this year’s crown, and a big stomach ache, after he devoured 18 gigantic scoops! Honorable mention goes to Chris and Bree for getting second place with 16 scoops!
