Food banks in New England are the recipients this week of several trailer loads of MRE's (Meals, ready-to-eat) from the Vermont National Guard. Foodshare took some of this donated product both to use in any ongoing relief efforts in Connecticut after our tropical storms in the last few weeks and to have it staged in preparation for any future needs.
