"Walkfest"

A little Walk Against Hunger follow-up...

Joey, one of the Team McCarter participants and one of the younger walkers, saw someone wearing the 30/30 vision glasses at the Walk Against Hunger and requested a pair. 

I’ve been told he has been wearing them to school and promoting Foodshare’s “walkfest.”

If you missed them, the glasses were part of Foodshare's 30th anniversary and our "Vision 30/30" work where we developed new goals to move our community toward ending hunger.
