Saying thank you

On Friday, the East Hartford Department of Social Services held a recognition event for all of the volunteers who work at the Mobile Foodshare sites hosted by the town.  It was great to see so many people there and East Hartford Mayor Marcia Leclerc and I had the privelege of cutting the cake!

The town sponsored Mobile Foodshare sites are at Hockanum Park, Veteran's Terrace, St. Isaac Jogues Church, and St. John's Episcopal Church.
