Crossfit held a major fitness competition at their Enfield location last weekend. There were teams from as far away as Ithaca, NY and about 30 teams from Connecticut. There were both men's teams and women's teams competing in all-day events that included climbing ropes, lifting, and other events.
Why am I talking about this event? They included a charity component. The team's entry fees raised $4,000 for Foodshare and in addition the participants filled 3 SUV's with with toys for Toys for Tots!
