Towers Watson donates

After a couple of days off, I came back to this nice e-mail...

I just wanted to let you know that we will be sending donations of approximately $2,200 next week from the employees of the Weatogue office of Towers Watson as a result of our 5^th annual Cans and Cash program. We are waiting on a couple more checks that we should have in by end of next week or hopefully sooner but wanted to give you the heads up.

Although Towers Watson (previously Towers Perrin) is a worldwide organization, our little Weatogue office has approximately 80 employees. Some young, some old(er), some new, some that have been here for many, many years and it never ceases to amaze me how each one of them continually gives what they can. We also collected about $400 in cereal, pasta/sauce and soups that we will be delivering directly to Gifts of Love.
