I made my national TV debut this morning on MSNBC. The interview is a bit disjointed because they told me I was there to talk about the government shutdown, but then instead asked me about the 5% cut to SNAP on November 1 that will take place if there is a budget or a continuing resolution…of course if government is still shut down, there will be no SNAP on November 1.
