Yesterday, we said goodbye to one of our summer interns, Alisha
Mosher. She did everything at Foodshare, from cleaning the warehouse to
creating materials for our education programs. What was really remarkable was
how she was eager and enthusiastic to do any task that was handed to her. Even
on her last day, she was out on a Mobile Foodshare run.
We sent her off in traditional Foodshare fashion with a “swag bag” and a small
party. Even then she was still asking what she could do to help!
She is off to Oregon for the year, and we all wish her the best
and we look forward for her next East Coast visit!
