Bozzuto's trade show donations = 42,000 meals!

Bozzuto's Inc., a family-owned, local service wholesale distributor, distributes product to many of the retailers in our area and throughout New England.

Twice a year they hold a trade show exclusively for their food vendors and retail customers. As you can imagine, these vendors bring a "booth full" of their product to display and offer as samples to their potential retail customers.

Bozzuto's is happy to donate this food after the show to the region's food banks, Foodshare and the Food Bank of Western Mass.

Last week three truckloads of canned and boxed foods, including nearly 10,000 pounds of produce was delivered to Foodshare and the Food Bank of Western Mass. The donated food will provide about 42,000 meals in Hartford and Tolland County and Western Mass.
