Foodshare receives $2k from 360FCU Challenge

James Arena-DeRosa, Foodshare President/CEO with Karen Bauer, Executive Vice President and Robert L. Aresti, President/CEO of 360FCU

The Community Savings Challenge, organized by 360 Federal Credit Union, was designed to lower members' financing costs. A unique feature of this challenge was that once the savings goal was achieved, 360FCU pledged donations totaling $6,000 to 3 local charities.

The community was tasked with voting for the charities who would receive the donations and Foodshare was one of them, resulting in $2,000 to help feed our hungry neighbors!

"We are very excited about reaching our goal in four short months and thrilled for our members that benefited from the Community Savings Challenge.” said Pamela Mallory, Lending Manager.

Headquartered in Windsor Locks, CT, 360 Federal Credit Union has a total of 3 full service offices in Hartford County, as well as a branch in Enfield (CT) High School and at ENBIC in Simsbury. Established in 1952, the Credit Union has membership of over 16,000 worldwide and proudly serves Hartford, Middlesex, & Tolland Counties.
