Capital City YouthBuild Seek Hartford Youth

The Capital City YouthBuild program, is currently seeking young people between the ages of 18-24 for their Construction and CNA programs. Participants will receive free classroom and work-site training. Applicants must be a Hartford resident, and will be accepted with or without a high school diploma.Contact Cynthia Baisden with any questions.
