WE CARE Card Program Supports Foodshare

On Thursday, November 10, the West Hartford Center Business Association will launch the very first WE CARE card program. The program consists of local business within the West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square selling shopping-discount cards to local residents.  Residents will have the opportunity to receive a twenty percent discount to various retail stores and restaurants.  This year it was decided that all proceeds will support Foodshare!
