Cigna employees garden for Foodshare

Cigna offered employees in their Connecticut headquarters a chance to “sponsor” a row in the Cigna Garden for $100. This effort raised $1500 for Foodshare (equivalent to 4,500 meals worth of food), which will support Foodshare’s ongoing efforts to solve hunger in greater Hartford.  

And the fresh veggies and herbs grown in the garden will also be donated to help feed our hungry neighbors.
