Food Industry Convoy of Caring

The annual Food Industry Convoy of Caring will take place on Tuesday, September 27.  The trucks will be meeting early in the morning (watch for us with Scot Haney on Channel 3) near the Rocky Hill Marriott.  After a recognition breakfast, the trucks will drive in convoy, as a massive show of their support to end hunger, to Foodshare in Bloomfield.

We are currently at 21 trucks, with more commitments coming in every day.  It is great, to see all of these companies, who may be competitors the rest of the year, coming together during Hunger Action Month to take a stand against hunger:
