Two loaves of bread

Foodshare volunteer Fred Arnold related this story to me earlier today.  He said that he had been helping distribute food at the Mobile Foodshare site in Hebron yesterday when a young woman came through the line - she was a first time visitor to Mobile Foodshare and was tearing up as each volunteer gave her another food item.  Fred happened to have the last position in yesterday's distribution line and he was giving each person two loaves of bread and he said that when she accepted the two loaves of bread, she broke down completely in tears.  We don't know her story, but we do know that those few items of food and two loaves of bread had a profound influence on her!  And renewed our sense of purpose as to why we do this work!
