Working, but hungry

The Windsor Food Bank reports that they are now serving 450 households in town.  Recently, realizing that many low-income people are actually working, they added late afternoon/evening hours one day a week.  Eleven households came the first day they did this!

The Windsor Hunger Action Team is working to find better solutions to hunger than having people stand in line at a food bank.  Contact me if you would like to join us or start a Hunger Action Team in your town.
