Bill Moyers Takes on Hunger

For the last two weeks of January, Bill Moyers’ website focused on poverty, and the Monday posting in that series was aimed at hunger. The piece particularly focused on the Child Nutrition Reauthorization Bill, which sets eligibility, reimbursement rates, nutrition guidelines, and funding levels for several major government food programs, including WIC (Women, Infants, and Children), school meals, and summer meals.
