"Smart Chicken" donation

 

During the month of November, customers who purchased Smart Chicken at any of our area Big Y locations, helped to feed our hungry neighbors.  Smart Chicken donated 10% of the sales volume to Foodshare.    As a result, today Foodshare received 3,300 pounds of organic chicken. We received a combination of breast tenders, wings and thighs.
